Guy Judge memorial fund

You may remember that last year that we ring fenced the fantastic donation received from Ashley Judge’s 24 Hour Premier League ground challenge, so that it could be used for a special project in Guy’s memory.

We are pleased to have now found and agreed between all parties, a great project in Zambia to use the donation of £2,600.

The project is in Zambia and it will provide football and netball pitches at a school and a Skills and Education centre which will be used for sports related projects as well as vocational training.  The project is being overseen by our good friend Kebby Shampongo who works closely with our regional helper from West Sussex, Ben van Nes.

We are very pleased to have helped with this end to end event and project and we have now built a strong and lasting relationship with Ashley & Pauline in memory of Guy.  Pauline is also hoping to go out and visit the project with Ben later on this year which is great.
